Mobile Device Management (MDM) is software that lets you manage, monitor, and secure all company devices from a central dashboard. You can remotely wipe a lost or stolen device, enforce password policies, push software updates, and see which devices are compliant with your security policy. If your employees use laptops, tablets, or phones for work — especially if any of them work remotely — you need MDM. Microsoft Intune is included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium and is our primary recommendation for Windows environments.
Dell Latitude and Lenovo ThinkPad for Windows environments — both have business-class warranty options, strong management interfaces, and reliable build quality. Apple MacBook for creative roles or environments standardized on macOS. We avoid consumer-grade hardware (Dell Inspiron, Lenovo IdeaPad, HP Pavilion) for business deployments — they lack the management features and warranty support that business devices provide. We procure through business channels so you get proper warranty and support.
